Name Survival in birds banded at the Hastings Reservation
Description Banding of birds was one of our first undertakings after we moved, in 1937, to the Hastings Reservation. Our banding has been restricted to the winter months or to the season when the most numerous winter visitant birds are present. We have kept within a half mile section of the canyon where living quarters of the Reservation are located. This publication lists the birds that were banded and their survival over the following 8 years.
