Name Space utilization by rodents in Adenostoma chaparral
Description This study was conducted in a 2.0 hectare (ha) patch of Adenostoma chaparral on Hastings Reservation, 4.0 kilometers east of Jamesburg, Monterey Co., California. Sixty-seven Sherman live traps (25 by 8 by 8 centimeters) were placed at 15 meter (m) intervals in the chaparral patch. Eight species of rodents were captured (Fig. 1).
