Back to: BiGCB Informatics

DatasetID 67
Name ECO DATA: Calhoun Trap Lines (old and new)
Description Database contains detailed records from a series of Calhoun Lines established in Sagehen Creek Basin, California. Thirteen lines were established and run, at various intervals, between 1950 and 1989. The database contains vegetation analysis, small mammal trapline data, habitat photos, trapline charts and graphs, aerial photos, and sketches of individual Calhoun lines.

A 1972 Thesis by Herni Reichart "Small mammal populations in six sagehen creek basin habitats" has a map that might correspond to the line locations.

Small mammal trap lines were sampled from 1950-1989. There is current research on the same lines 2010-present. *Possibly being sampled by Pacific Southwest Research Station (aka PSW)
