Comments Very common species most often found by the Lane, Big Creek, Martin Road, Long
Field and residential area, but also 5% of records are scattered through the reserve
including Arnold Road and Field, West Ravine, Haystack Hill, Poison Oak Hill, and Red
Hill. Lizard prefer open areas next to shrubs such as roads near chaparral. Species was
observed between April and October with peaks from May to August and extremes on
4 December 1942 and 3 November 1944.
