Linsdale but determined by Wm. T. Davis in 1941. Mark Stromberg gave the following general description via personal communication: "From 1937 to about 1955, specimens of invertebrates were collected at Hastings Reserve, Monterey County, CA by Jean Linsdale, Betty Davis and others. I am entering species names in lists, by taxa, for this Hastings collection. Most species were sent to experts at the time for verification. I want these historical collections be available online to further long-term research."
